Fat % Update

I haven't done this in awhile because it needs to be done toward the end of the day when the body is fully hydrated in order to get the most accurate reading. Apparently, I'm down to 40% body fat from 51%. I'm quite pleased. My next goal is 30%, who knows how long that will take but I'll keep aiming!

My sister said something to me on the phone the other day when we were plotting out some details of our late summer Disney family reunion trip, "Girlie, you have the be the Fast Pass runner!" I asked her why and she said, "Because you're in training." This made me laugh out loud but it really made me think. Yes, I am in training and I will think of it as Disney Training every time I hit the gym. It might make it more pleasurable for me to have a Disney spin on my working out.
