Insert Clever Title Here

I am so sore today. I did the full circuit of weight training machines yesterday, like I did Monday, but I did two sets of 15 reps as recommended by the gym trainer. I'm feeling muscles that have been hibernating under blubber for many years and they are angry at being woken up. I'm feeling drained, too. I'm waiting for that big energizing burst that's supposed to happen when one starts exercising. I'm sure it will come but I sure could have used it today.

Let's break it down, I've been to the gym 5 of the last 7 days (Th, F, M, T, W.) I did at least 30 minutes of cardio (treadmill/elliptical) on all 5 days and did strength training on 3 days. I took today off because I could barely drag myself out of bed, let alone go and operate machinery. Not that I stayed in bed all day like I wanted to. I got up and did everything on my to-do list, which seemed a mile long today. I'm so beat right now, I just want a nap.

So it's back to the gym tomorrow, I'm not loving it but at least I'm going. I will most likely do the weigh-in on Sunday because I picked up a morning shift on Monday. I must go make up the bed with the clean linens now so until Sunday, be safe!
