Sunday Weigh-In

Despite lots of cardio and strength-training this week, the scale hasn't budged. I think my body has gone into some sort of emergency lock down mode because it has no idea what is going on with all this extra activity. I certainly haven't changed my food, I'm still eating sensible portions of freshly prepared whole foods with lots of veggies and water. I wasn't as thrilled to see "227" on the scale this morning as I was last week, but I soldiered on got my self to the gym for some good old sweating and huffing and puffing.

I made my hot breakfasts for the week as well as got the juice packets done, I even made my chai for tomorrow morning because I'm not going to be all that happy when the alarm clock rings at 5am tomorrow. I've made very good use of my Sunday so far, I won't feel guilty when I gotsit outside with a magazine later to make some vitamin D. It's a gorgeous day and I'm going to enjoy it, I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday!
