The Joy of Citrus

If you're going whole hog this season, be sure to pepper your indulgences with something good for you. 'Tis the season for citrus! The nutrition and portability make citrus the perfect snack. I've been eating clementines out of hand, making grapefruit and orange supremes for breakfast, zesting lemons and oranges for baking and of course, putting citrus in my juicer. The aroma is a sunny pick me up on cold, winter days, too.
