Vanilla glazed lemon scented coffee cake with cinnamon struesel for Afia's baby shower, enlightened using kefir instead of butter or oil

Pasta e Fagioli (pasta and beans aka pasta fazool) with broccoli rabe (rapini)

New sparkly nerd glasses

Swarovski crystal detail, squee!

Today's quick lunch, leftover rotisserie chicken with a bit of HP brown sauce, crunchy, sweet baby peppers and a rather flaccid Roma tomato.  I can't wait for tomato growing season, this one just didn't do it for me.

I hope the pics I post inspire you to try new ingredients and recipes.  Keeping meals interesting and delicious wards off boredom, which makes staying healthy easy and pleasurable.
