Happy May! I've got the blog's facebook page back up and running. I'm planning on using it to help get and keep me motivated and hoping you will come along. I want to use it as sort of a meal diary with photos (my camera will be back in my hot little hands very soon) along with charting my daily fitness activity and progress. I want to use it as a blog supplement, a mini-blog if you will, and would love it if you would "like" the blog on facebook and come and join the discussion.
Post your fitness activity, post your healthy meal plans and photos, get motivated and help get me and others to be motivated, too. I'd love to plant a seed for a supportive community to grow. Not just when we're doing well, but when we are down and need a cheerleader or someone to listen.
