Had another excellent workout today! Tyler helped me kick major ass without putting any stress on my knee. WIN WIN. After my sessions are complete, I'm going to finish the Female Body Breakthrough plan, then I'm going to try and fit more sessions with Tyler into the budget.
I'll be back later this evening with the food diary, I have a really lovely dinner planned. But for now, please promise me you'll read this article. It makes so much sense.
