I was not hungry when I woke up this morning, but I have gotten into the habit of eating within a half hour of waking. If I don't eat enough in the early hours of the day my appetite will get out of hand later in the day.
Breakfast was a green drink and some cultured cottage cheese, about 8:15.

I set about cleaning the house for the next 3 hours, overdue since my knee flare up, but my legs feel great today! I was hungry for lunch about 11:30am. Mmmmm, big salad.
Greens, half an avocado, chopped tomato, sliced turkey and Bubbie's traditionally fermented pickles which are the zestiest, crunchiest little gems ever. Dressing was homemade mayo thinned out with some sherry vinegar.
Snack time at 3pm, mixed nuts and some fresh strawberries. This one hit all the notes; sweet, juicy, salty, crunchy.
Portobello mushrooms grilled then dressed like pizza Margherita with fresh tomatoes, basil and mozzarella cheese, a grilled grassfed burger and a nice crunchy salad of peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers and fresh dill lightly dressed with Sicilian olive oil and white balsamic vinegar.
